Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you subscribe to or use a Swasti plan. Swasti (“we”, “us”) is operated by Swasti, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, message us before you pay.

1. What we provide

Swasti provides software development services on a monthly subscription: websites, web and mobile apps, bug fixes, integrations, hosting and related technical work. You submit requests and we complete them in order, within the limits of your plan (for example, the number of active requests). What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page. Anything not listed there is outside the plan unless we agree it with you in writing (WhatsApp or email counts).

2. Who does the work

Work is carried out by Swasti's project leads together with independent contract developers and designers from our vetted network. Every contractor is bound by confidentiality and assigns the work they create for you to us, so we can pass full ownership to you (see section 5). We remain responsible to you for all work delivered.

3. Orders and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency you choose, at the price shown when you order.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • Prices exclude VAT, GST, sales tax and other taxes where applicable; tax is shown at checkout.
  • Your plan renews automatically every month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can upgrade, downgrade or pause your plan at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give us the access we need (repositories, hosting, accounts) and make sure you have the right to share any content, code or data you send us.
  • Don't ask us to build or run anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful.
  • Review and approve work in a reasonable time. You're responsible for deciding what goes live in your product.

5. Ownership

Your existing code, content, data and accounts stay yours. Once the subscription period in which work was delivered has been paid, all code, designs and assets we create specifically for you belong to you. Open-source libraries keep their own licences, and general know-how, tools and internal templates we use across clients remain ours. If you leave, we'll hand over everything and help with any transfer.

6. Requests and turnaround

Turnaround times on our site are typical averages, not guarantees. Large requests are split into smaller pieces. Work that needs much more capacity than your plan provides, such as a full product build against a fixed deadline, may be quoted separately before any work starts. We may decline requests we can't do safely or lawfully.

7. Third-party services

Your product may rely on services we don't control, such as hosting and cloud providers, app stores, payment gateways and third-party APIs. We aren't responsible for their outages, pricing or policy changes, and their fees are paid by you. We don't guarantee any particular business result, ranking or revenue.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan won't renew and work continues until the end of the paid month. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

9. Suspension

We may pause work for an account that is used for unlawful activity, breaks these terms, or whose renewal is unpaid. We'll contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue wherever we reasonably can.

10. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
